Junmai Daiginjo
Daiginjo-shu is a very special sake among Ginjo varieties. This is high-quality sake which is slowly brewed at a low temperature from rice grains milled to at least 50 percent of its original size. Daiginjo-shu is produced with care and time. Since Daiginjo-shu has an excellent taste, aroma and brilliance, it is called a work of art in sake production. Junmai-Daiginjo is the type of Daiginjo-shu which is made only from rice, rice koji and water.
Junmai-Daiginjo is characterized by mellow flavor with the elegance of a subtle fruity aroma. Serve well chilled.
